What counts as one email?
One email to one person. A campaign to 1,000 contacts is 1,000 emails. Mail arriving in your inboxes doesn't count.
What's the difference between transactional and marketing emails?
Transactional emails are sent to one person because of something they did: a receipt, a password reset, an order update. Marketing emails are campaigns and newsletters sent to a list.
Do I pay for contacts?
Never. Keep as many contacts as you like on any plan; storing them costs nothing.
What does the monthly minimum mean?
On the paid plan you pay at least $10 a month, which covers your first $10 of sending. If you send more, you pay for what's above it.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Pay $105.60 for the year up front instead of $10 a month, and save 12%. You still get $10 of sending included each month. Anything you send above that, and any extra mailboxes, is charged at the end of each month at the same prices as monthly billing.
How are mailboxes charged?
The paid plan includes 5 mailboxes. Each one after that is $3 a month, worked out by the day, so a mailbox you keep for a week costs a week. Aliases and forwarding addresses are free, and deleting a mailbox stops its charge.
What happens if I go over the free plan?
The free plan sends up to 3,000 emails a month and 100 a day. Past that, new emails are refused until the limit resets, or you can upgrade in a couple of clicks.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. There's no contract. Cancel from your settings and you move back to the free plan.
